Hanna Commercial Property Inspections provides independent post-remediation verification and clearance testing for commercial properties throughout Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. After mold remediation is complete, Florida law requires that clearance be performed by an assessor independent of the remediation contractor. We perform visual verification, moisture confirmation, air and surface sampling, and accredited laboratory analysis, then issue a written clearance report with a documented pass or fail determination. Because we perform assessment only and never remediation, remediation contractors can bring us onto a project without introducing a competitor to their client.
