Hanna Commercial Property Inspections is an independent commercial mold assessment firm serving Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. We perform mold testing, indoor air quality sampling, post-remediation verification, and written remediation protocols for office buildings, retail centers, warehouses, schools, healthcare facilities, multifamily properties, and industrial sites. Because Florida law prohibits the same company from both assessing and remediating a property, we do assessment only — we have no financial stake in what a report finds. That independence is what makes our findings usable by property managers, insurers, adjusters, and attorneys.
