Serving Florida and Southern Georgia

Based in Northeast Florida. Available statewide and into southern Georgia for the right projects.

If Any of These Sound Familiar, We Should Talk

You're a property manager and a tenant has complained about mold. You need documentation before you call a remediation company — and you don't want the same company that's going to do the work also telling you how bad the problem is.

You're a landlord and there's been water intrusion. You need an independent assessment to understand the scope before you spend money on remediation.

You own or manage a commercial building and you've got visible growth, a musty odor, or moisture damage that hasn't been addressed. You need someone to come in, evaluate it objectively, document what's there, and give you a clear path forward.

That's exactly what a licensed mold assessment is for — and it's what we specialize in.

What You Get With Every Assessment

Every commercial mold assessment includes a thorough visual inspection of the affected areas, identification of moisture sources and contributing conditions, environmental sampling when appropriate, and a written report documenting everything we find — in plain language, not technical jargon.

When remediation is needed, we also provide a written Mold Remediation Protocol — the scope document that tells your remediation contractor exactly what work needs to be performed. This is a required document under Florida law for remediation projects and is included as part of our service.

When you need post-remediation verification after work is completed, we provide that independently as well.

Where We Work

We are based in Green Cove Springs, Florida and serve commercial clients throughout Northeast Florida, including Jacksonville, St Johns, St. Augustine, Orange Park, Palatka, and surrounding areas.

For larger commercial projects with strong margins, we are available throughout Florida and into southern Georgia. Contact us to discuss your location — if we can serve you well, we will.
